UPDATE: We will be pausing the beta test starting tomorrow (07/16/19).

With much thought and consideration, we have decided to pause the beta trial effective tomorrow (07/16/19). We need time to fix some of the outstanding technical issues, to make sure we are offering a more consistent experience. The beta trial will resume in 2 weeks. In the meantime, we will:

  1. Change the on-boarding process: Instead of text on-boarding, on-boarding will be done via our website. This is to make the process less confusing and short code compliant. When we resume the beta trial in 2 weeks, we will have you re-onboard with this new process.
  2. Create an app that will allow you to view questions, send responses, and update your settings: We've had several issues with deliverability, because of our use of long code phone numbers, that may not be 100% improved until we receive short code approval (8-12 week process). This will not replace the text delivery. You will still be able to receive questions and send responses via text, but the app will provide an alternative method - especially when deliverability fails.
  3. Make it easier for you to report deliverability issues: In the app reporting a deliverability issue will be a lot easier than emailing support or posting in the group. This will help us troubleshoot our program with our provider better.



Beta Test Giveaway Update 

The giveaway will take place after we resume the beta trial. For the days we've had technical issues, all active users will receive the maximum amount of points for that day - as we realize your point totals may not reflect your efforts.
